2. Data we process
We process the information you provide in your application and CV, such as identification and contact details, education, qualifications, work experience and skills, links to social media profiles, and other information you voluntarily provide.
When you use the platform, technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and information about your use of the platform may also be processed.
Please do not provide information that is not relevant to recruitment.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process your personal data to:
receive and assess your application, communicate with you, conduct interviews and assessments, and potentially enter into an employment contract, based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract;
comply with legal obligations that apply to us;
protect information systems and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, based on our legitimate interests.
4. Retention period
We retain information related to your application until the recruitment process is complete and for no longer than three months afterward, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations or protect legal claims.
We may retain your information to contact you about similar future roles only with your separate consent. You can provide consent by selecting the separate option on the application form. Consent is voluntary, and choosing not to provide it does not affect your current application. You may withdraw consent at any time through the Candidate Portal or by emailing dpo@talentlucid.com.
If you consent to being contacted about future roles, we retain your information for no longer than 12 months from the date of consent, unless you withdraw it earlier.
5. Recipients of data
We use the TalentLucid platform to manage applications. Its provider, Omega Protocol d.o.o., processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor.
We may disclose information to competent authorities when required by law.
Data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area.
6. Required information
Information marked as required is necessary to receive and consider your application. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to consider your application or continue the recruitment process. All other information is provided voluntarily.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions prescribed by the GDPR, you have the right to:
access your personal data;
rectify or erase your data;
restrict processing;
data portability, where applicable;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
After applying, you will be given access to the Candidate Portal, where you can view your personal data and request its export or deletion. A link to the portal will be included in the confirmation email sent after your application.
You can exercise your rights through the Candidate Portal or by emailing dpo@talentlucid.com.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
